- Cut frozen peaches into large chunks, then process in the bowl of a food processor for 10 seconds.
- Add sugar and egg whites and process until smooth, then add cream and pulse to combine.
- Eat immediately or transfer to an airtight storage container and place in freezer for later.
Strawberry ice cream
- Separate frozen strawberries, then process in the bowl of a food processor for 10 seconds.
- Add sugar and egg whites and process until smooth.
- Eat immediately or transfer to an airtight storage container and place in freezer for later.
