Hot White Chocolate with Cinnamon and Marshmallow Foam

For Hot White Chocolate with Cinnamon
- Divide chocolate between 2 cups. Place milk in a saucepan and set over medium heat. Once milk is at a simmer, remove from heat and pour into cups over white chocolate. Serve with a cinnamon quill and serve with a chocolate biscuit.
For Marshmallow Foam
- Place marshmallows in a microwave safe bowl. Place in the microwave on high until marshmallow has puffed and risen, about 45 seconds. Serve on top of cup muffins or white chocolate.
