  1. Very carefully, place a small amount of dry ice in a tea towel. Using a rolling pin, crush it into small pieces, then transfer to a metal bowl. Repeat process until you have desired amount.
  2. Place the drink into the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, and begin to mix on medium speed.
  3. Add dry ice, one large spoonful at a time until the mixture freezes and the vapour has dissipated.
  4. To serve, spoon ice sorbet into cones or cups.
