Lamb Bolognese with Lentils

- Heat an oiled saucepan over medium heat and sweat the onion. Add the mince to brown.
- Add garlic, bay leaves, thyme and passata to the mince and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the lentils and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
- Bring half a saucepan of salted water to the boil and cook fettuccine as per packet instructions.
- Serve the fettuccine topped with bolognese and basil.
