It is the series that has transformed the lives of countless Australians and inspired a nation to achieve their weight-loss dreams. TBL Families returns to TEN with an inspiring new host, an energetic new trainer, a beautiful new house and four new families eager to lose weight and change their lives for the better.

Ten years since sharing her weight-loss journey on Australia’s first season of TBL, Fiona Falkiner returns as the host of TBL Families. Having lost 30 kilograms on the show and created a career as an international plus-sized model, Fiona is an inspiration and positive role model to many Australians. She hopes to provide inspiration, support and encouragement to the contestants as they embark on their own journey of self-discovery and weight-loss.

Reprising her role of trainer, Tiffiny Hall will join fellow trainers Michelle Bridges, Shannan Ponton and Steve “Commando” Willis as they push their families to succeed. No stranger to TBL, Tiffiny trained the Duncan family on TBL Families in 2011, applying her innovative martial arts philosophy of training the mind to train the body.

Tiffiny’s unique approach proved a success, as she coached one of her contestants, Emma Duncan, through to the top prize. In 2012, Tiffiny returned to TBL Singles, coaching her team to a combined weight loss of 182.7 kilograms.

In the new season of TBL Families, the trainers will each be paired with one Aussie family of four, as they motivate them to achieve their weight-loss dreams. With compelling twists and turns, engaging challenges, escalated emotions and families changing their lives together, this promises to be the best season yet.
