About The Bachelorette AustraliaAli Oetjen has not always been lucky in love, but this time, she’s calling the shots. Back on Australian screens for The Bachelorette Australia, this single lady is determined that this time, she won’t settle for anything less than perfect.
An instant hit with viewers in the inaugural season of The Bachelor Australia in 2013, Ali put her heart on the line to win the love of Bachelor Tim Robards. Sadly, that love story wasn’t meant to be, as Tim decided to say goodbye at the penultimate rose ceremony, leaving Ali heartbroken.
Ready to give love another chance, the bubbly 32-year-old recently headed to the tropics for Bachelor In Paradise, where a strong connection with American Grant Kemp turned to love. Unfortunately, their holiday romance did not translate back in the real world and Ali soon found herself single and back at home in South Australia.
Now, coming back as Australia’s latest Bachelorette, Ali is primed to make it third time lucky.
Joining her on this incredible adventure are 18 of the country’s most eligible bachelors. Aged between 23 and 42, these bachelors include a Bank Manager, Construction Auditor, Mechanical Plumber and a Retreat Director.
From high-adrenaline dates to heart-tugging moments of romance, the Bachelors will have to wear their hearts on their sleeves in order to make the best connection with Ali and secure themselves a rose.
With her heart and eyes wide open, Ali is looking for a deep connection with someone who challenges her mentally, has a positive mindset about life and inspires her to be a better person.
Returning to guide her with a calm and steady hand is host Osher Günsberg, who is sprinkling just that extra little bit of stardust across what is set to be Ali’s greatest romantic journey.
Hosted by Osher Günsberg, The Bachelorette Australia is produced by Warner Bros. International Television Production for Network Ten.
