Kiwi Melon Pop
Miguel and his two apprentice chefs, Vay and Maddie, make some delicious Summer treats

Serves: 8, dependent on size of moulds
- Blend watermelon in blender, pour into moulds, filling 2/3 of the way to the top. Rinse blender.
- Blend kiwi fruit in blender, adding sugar syrup in necessary,
- Pour into moulds, on top of watermelon layer, filling remaining 1/3.
- Top with foil, insert pop stick and freeze until ready to eat.
