We know we don’t always get it right, but we’re pleased the vast majority are happy with the nbn.

We’re working hard to improve customer experience and to help people better understand how to get the best internet service possible.

The Akamai report surveys millions of people who don’t yet have the nbn - it actually shows why it is so important to roll the nbn out as quickly as we can!
