Paul Anderson

Chief Executive Officer

Paul Anderson was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Ten Network Holdings on July 27, 2015. 

He was previously Chief Operating Officer (since April 2014), in addition to his role as Chief Financial Officer. 

Paul was appointed Chief Financial Officer in March 2011, having held various senior finance roles at the company since he joined in 2003. Paul is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in public practice and commercial accounting. 

He qualified with KPMG in New Zealand before moving to the United Kingdom and holding various senior roles at CLS Holdings plc in London for eight years before moving to Australia.

Beverley McGarvey

Chief Content Officer

Beverley McGarvey was appointed Network Ten’s Chief Content Officer in 2016 and has over 25 years’ experience in television internationally and in Australia. She is responsible for all Network content including TEN, ELEVEN, ONE, tenplay, ten daily, News and Sport.

Beverley started her career at UTV in Belfast in the creative team before moving on to work in programming and production at TV3 Ireland and at ITVs Meridian Television in England. She later joined TV3 New Zealand, where she was Director of Programming for several years.

Prior to becoming Chief Content Officer Beverley had been Network Ten's Chief Programming Officer since October 2012 after joining the company in 2006 as Head of Programming.

Annabelle Herd

Chief Operating Officer

Annabelle Herd was appointed Chief Operating Officer in December 2017. She was previously Network Ten’s Director of Corporate and Regulatory Affairs.

Annabelle joined Network Ten in July 2004. Annabelle is a senior executive with more than 17 years’ experience in policy, regulatory affairs and government relations in both commercial and public sector roles.

Before Ten, Annabelle spent four years as Senior Adviser to Federal Communications Minister, Senator the Hon. Richard Alston. She has also worked in government relations for Virgin Mobile Australia, and led copyright policy and advocacy functions for Australian and international industry peak bodies and through a secondment to the Federal Attorney-General’s Department.

Annabelle is a member of the Australian Film Television and Radio School Council and on the Board of Save The Children Australia.

Rod Prosser

Chief Sales Officer

Rod Prosser was appointed Network Ten’s Chief Sales Officer in August 2018 with overall responsibility of the Company’s advertising sales function.

Rod joined Network Ten in 2010 and has held a number of roles at the Company including Executive General Manager, Revenue and Client Partnerships, Sales Director of Brisbane and Sydney, National Head of Trading and Sport Sales and General Manager of Ten’s Brisbane and South-East Queensland station TVQ.

Prior to Ten, Mr Prosser spent 12 years in senior sales roles at Nine Network and ACP Magazines.

Rod is closely involved with Hummingbird House, a joint initiative of Queensland Kids and Wesley Mission Brisbane that operates Queensland’s only hospice for children.

Stuart Thomas

General Counsel and Company Secretary

Stuart Thomas joined Network Ten in August 2013 as General Counsel. He took on the additional role of Company Secretary in December 2016.

Stuart is the former Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs and Chief Operating Officer at Macquarie Radio Network, and a former General Counsel at Nine Network. He is also a former Partner at Gilbert & Tobin and worked at Allen Allen & Hemsley.

As General Counsel, Stuart is responsible for Ten’s legal and commercial arrangements, as well as sports and content right negotiations. As Company Secretary, he is the principal person responsible for communications with the ASX on Listing Rules matters.

Carla Webb-Sear

Chief Financial Officer

Carla Webb-Sear was appointed Chief Financial Officer in May 2018.

She was previously Group General Manager, Finance, at Fairfax Media Limited. She held held various finance roles at Fairfax Media Limited over an 11-year period, including Finance Director of the Australian Publishing Media division and Group Financial Controller and Investor Relations.

Before joining Fairfax Media Limited, Carla worked at EMI Music Australia and PwC in Australia, the UK and the US.

Rachel Day

General Manager, Human Resources

Rachel Day was appointed Network Ten’s General Manager, Human Resources, in August 2016. She had previously held the position of Network Organisational Development Manager since she joined the company in 2004.

Rachel has over 20 years’ human resources experience, with previous senior roles in the financial services sector. Rachel has degree qualifications in organisational coaching, human resources and counselling.
