Is this the secret to perfect skin?

No it’s not expensive beauty regimes, chemical peels or cleansing products that will lead to glorious skin.
But instead, there’s a much cheaper alternative which will lead to supple, glowing skin and you probably have one in your backyard.
Speaking to the Mail Online Dr Nigma Talib said aloe vera is wonderful for the skin.
“It’s soothing and moisturising and contains vitamins A, B, C, D and E as well as minerals and anti-oxidants, which means that it is very healing,” she said.
“It is also anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory. However, we’re now learning that aloe is also anti-ageing.”
The cheapest and most efficient way to use aloe vera is to buy the actual plant and let it flourish in a pot at home. You simply break off a leaf and squeeze out the gel from the inside.
Not only does aloe vera do wonders for the skin but it’s also commonly known to aid digestion because it works as a laxative.
Other reports suggest aloe vera can be used to reduce bad breath or as a shaving gel due to its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
