A six-year old from Eastwood is being scouted by some of the best soccer clubs in the world

Talented six-year-old Ari Kum is getting a lot of attention for his football skills by some of the biggest names in the sport.

Young Ari will be given the opportunity only some could dream of when he travels to the UK next month to trial with Manchester City.

The trials at the English Premier League powerhouse and other clubs will hopefully lead to an academy contract.

Soccer clubs throughout Europe run academies for players as young as six in the hope they can develop the skills of children before moulding them into professional footballers who could potentially play for their club.

Ari has been training with Tony Basha’s Australasian Football Academy in Rydalmere and Greystanes.

The youngster first learned of his opportunity in December when Mr Basha returned from overseas after visiting some of the world’s best football clubs including Machester City and Real Madrid.
