Prawns A la Plancha
Matt Preston shares a quick and easy recipe for one of his favourites, prawns a la plancha

- Place prawns olive, butter, garlic, chilli flakes and chilli powder in a bowl and toss to coat prawns. Allow to sit for 5 mins.
- Heat plancha/grill over high heat until very hot. Sauté prawns until cooked through, about 3 minutes. Add sherry vinegar and deglaze plancha. Transfer prawns and all cooking juices and butter to a serving dish. Sprinkle with chopped herbs. Season to taste and garnish with lemon/lime.
