- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Toss the apples, raisins, cinnamon and brown sugar together and place in a baking dish. Cover the dish with cling wrap and microwave for 5 minutes or until tender.
- Mix the cornflakes, pepitas, almonds, brown sugar and butter in a bowl and top apple with. Bake the crumble for 3-5 minutes or until golden.
- Serve the apple crumble dusted with icing sugar and topped with custard.
