Banana and Mango Choc Block

Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 8, depending on size of moulds
- Blend mango, banana and yoghurt together until smooth
- Pour even amount of mixture into 4 moulds, top with foil, insert with pop stick and freeze overnight if possible or until ready to eat.
- Once frozen and ready to eat, remove the iceblock from the mould and dip in melted, cooled chocolate and roll in shredded coconut. Eat immediately.
