- Using a skewer make a whole through the centre of the cherry tomatoes, capsicum and cucumber.
- Thread the beans and carrots through the premade holes in one piece of capsicum, one piece of cucumber and one cherry tomato, acting as an edible skewer.
- Continue with the remaining vegetables.
